About Us
The Falls Creek Hotel is located in the heart of the village with 5 lifts within 150 metres of the door and every room has a view. The Hotel offers a true ski in ski out experience in the warm friendly atmosphere of a family operated lodge.

Dining
The four course dinner is a feature of the Falls Creek Hotel (included in tariff) with a wine list of literally hundreds of Australian and imported wines! The hardest decision you will have all week is which wine to drink with dinner. There is live entertainment at the hotel (but not too much) and of course the famous "Happy Harvey Hour" on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Children are very welcome with an optional 6pm fun kids dinner followed by Kool 4 Kids Klub with supervised games and videos.
Ski Hire
Snowrider Rentals on the lower level means that all your hire and accessories can be purchased when you arrive saving you from lugging them up to the resort. An overnight ski tuning facility will ensure that your equipment is kept in optimum condition during your stay!
Wangaratta Stopover Offer for Travellers
For all South Australian and Western Victoria travellers, stay at the Falls Creek Hotel in Falls Creek for five nights or more and qualify for one nights free accommodation at the Parkview Motor Inn, Wangaratta on the way to or from your skiing holiday.
If you have a long trip to get to the snow you can now drive to Wangaratta, stay overnight free of charge and complete the two hour trip to the Falls creek Hotel the next morning, all rested and ready to enjoy a full days skiing. Alternately you may ski the day of your departure and make the short trip to Wangaratta for a good nights rest before continuing interstate.

Booking Conditions
- Children 5 - 14 years: 50% off twin share rate when sharing with 2 adults.
- Toddlers 4 years & under: Accommodation & meals FREE when sharing with 2 adults.
- Single Supplement: Twin/Double rate plus 50%.
- Standby Rates: Less 25% available 9am on the day. Less 50% available 6pm on the day.
- Advanced bookings are available for Sun-sun, Fri-Fri 7 days or Sun-Fri 5 days.
- Fri and Sat weekends.
- A deposit of 50% of total tariff is required within 7 days of booking as confirmation.
- The balance of payment is due on check out.
- If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, payment in full is required within 7 days.
- If you wish to arrive early or depart late to maximise skiing time, you may leave your luggage with us and a shower/changing room is available.
- Ski/Snow Guarantee - Any ski season booking may be cancelled if, 48 hours prior to arrival, fewer than 3 ski lifts or tows are operating for the prime purpose of skiing. All payments received shall be refunded excluding any fees or charges imposed by travel agents or wholesalers.
- Disclaimer - Package components not owned by Falls Creek Hotel are beyond our control, thus if not used because of weather conditions or operator problems, will be refunded to the extent of all monies received by Falls Creek Hotel.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Cancellation
- Cancellations made 28 days prior to arrival warant a full refund less a flat rate booking fee of $50.
- Cancellations made less than 28 days prior, will receive no refund unless fully rebooked to another party whereby a complete refund less a flat rate booking fee of $50.
