Seven mountain peaks across four resort areas (Perisher Valley, Smiggin Holes, Blue Cow & Guthega) make up Perisher Blue which is Australasia's largest ski resort with over 1245 hectares of skiable terrain serviced by 49 lifts.
Lodging Profile
Twenty-two properties on site, conveniently located for ski-in/ski-out access. Jindabyne, an easy 30-40 minute drive from Perisher Blue, has an extensive selection of properties that range from inns to holiday flats. Many have views of the lake and mountains. Services Profile
Ski and snowboard school offers private lessons, adult group lessons, signature programs such as Women's 1 and 3-day programs, all day Explorer programs for 6 to 14-year-olds, Junior Snow Kids (JSK) programs for 3 to 6-year-olds, extended 2.5 hour lesson packages for both adults and kids, and Snowy Daycare for tiny tots aged 6 weeks to 3-years-old. A new ski carpet in Smiggin Holes as well as the 64-metre Ski Carpet in Perisher Valley are available for first timer skier and snowboarders. Other activities and services on offer include Guided Tours & Tips, First Tracks mornings, night skiing (Tues. and Sat. nights), SkiTube transportation from Bullocks Flat, Ski/board hire, 4 terrain parks & Superpipe, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, apres ski celebrations at various pubs, restuarants, cafes, and more.
Area Recreation Profile
Night skiing, Winterfest, Action Man Challenge Dome, pool competitions, live entertainment, dancing, races and competions for skiers/riders/cross country skiers, and many other events to participate in are scheduled all season long. Pick up an events calendar from guest services.
