An old spa town, busy with tourists since 1806 but dating back to Roman times. Linked to Saint Nicolas and Megève, together they make the largest inter-connected ski area ( 300 KM ) within the greater Mont Blanc pass area. There's a snow park on Mount Joux (Saint-Gervais).
