Cardrona Alpine Resort is situated high on the mountains between Wanaka (33km) and Queenstown (57km) on the South Island of New Zealand. Cardrona is made up of three distinct bowl areas, 320 hectares of snow cover, treeless slopes, and offers terrain for skier and snowboarders of all ability levels.
Ten apartments on site. Each have two bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people. Off site lodging is available in the nearby towns of Queenstown and Wanaka.
Base facilities surround a central courtyard and include 4 restaurants - Cardrona Cafe, Mezz Cafe, Captain's Pizzeria and Noodle Bar, snow shop, self service cafe, ski and snowboard school, full rental services, licensed childcare, apartment accommodation, medical center, and guest services. Separate 200-seat cafe on the far side of the mountain with expansive decks.

Four halfpipes to international competition; specifications maintained by mechanical shaper. A 2,600+ foot terrain park and Gravity Cross course built under the Mac Dougall's Quad Chair. Lessons and rentals available. Expanded Superpark with a parallel course to accommodate lower and upper levels of riders at the same time.
