Mount Olympus is a 128km drive from Christchurch, via Windwhistle. It is a Club run field in the Cragieburn range set in a wide south facing basin offering a variety of runs on uncrowded slopes. The southerly aspect means that Olympus tens to trap more light powder than other nearby fields. Mt Olympus has 60 skiable hectares with varied terrain offering challenges for skiers of all abilities.
Lodge is located up on the ski area and is available for bookings through the winter season. Bunkroom style and cooking and eating is done on a communal living basis.
