Area Profile
Mt. Shasta Ski Park, just 10 miles east of Interstate 5, is price and skier/rider friendly. The recently added Triple Chair has opened up some challenging terrain on 6,880 foot Coyote Butte. There's a 1,400 vertical, away from the huge crowds and a great place for the family.
Lodging Profile
Plenty of lodging is available in the nearby villages of Mt. Shasta, Dunsmuin and McCloud. Lodging includes hotels, vacation homes, and chalets.

Two dining areas with full lounge and bar. Ski and snowboard rental and lessons including children's programs. Race events, night skiing and snowmaking on 50 percent of all trails. Two terrain parks.
Area Recreation Profile
North California's largest mountain at 14,162 feet and 11 cubic miles. Offers backcountry skiing, cross country skiing, telemarking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and glacier climbing.
Snowboarding Profile
All trails are open to snowboarders. Two groomed terrain parks and one machine-sculpted halfpipe. Rentals and lessons provided daily.
Cross Country Profile
Thirty kilometers of cross country skiing located 1/2 mile from downhill resort. Snowshoeing trails available. Rentals, lessons and learn to ski packages available. Warming hut and picnic tables on-site.
