Just two hours from Boston, Loon Mountain offers a rare combination of convenience, spectacular beauty, and adventure. Loon Mountain is big - 45 trails wind down 2,100 vertical feet, all spread over 275 exhilarating acres. Ten lifts serve 45 trails. One of them, Bear Claw, is 2.5 miles long.

There are four lodges and cafes to dine at on the mountain. Daycare, ski and snowboard school including children's camp, adaptive ski school. Rentals available for: Alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, telemarking, snowshoeing, and ice skating. Lincoln/Woodstock is a ski town featuring myriad restaurants, shops, and activities. Ninety-six percent snowmaking.
Skiing, snowboarding, day and night tubing, year-round horseback riding, snowshoeing, ice skating, snowtoys, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, NASTAR racing, five tree skiing runs, and family appropriate ski entertainment are all available.
Snowboarding allowed on all open terrain. An in-ground Superpipe and a major terrain park are also available. Rentals and lessons available at both base areas, including the Burton Progression Park that's geared towards beginning park users.
Classic cross country skiing on more than 35 kilometers in the Loon base area, as well as trails at the Pemigewasset River.
