With 10 lifts and 22 trails, Pat's Peak in Henniker (a short drive fom Keene) is a favorite in Southern New Hampshire and has been serving the community for many years. Hurricane is one of the steeped runs in the region and there's plenty of family atmosphere in this family-run ski area. Last year, Pat's Peak added a triple chair that boosted uphill capacity by 22%. The resort also recently added a rental shop, a Magic Carpet, and upgraded its snowmaking system.
One lodge with 30 rooms and an inn with restaurant at the slope. Lodges with 200 rooms are nearby with limited transportation.
Ski shop at the area with other services within three miles. Nursery for children ages six months to five years available. First aid at the area with a hospital 15 miles away and ski patrol. Ski and snowboard rentals and school. 100% snowmaking.
Skiing and snowboarding, snowtubing on weekends and holidays, F.I.S. race trail, and night skiing is permitted on 88 percent of the mountain (19 trails).
Snowboarding is permitted with one terrain park available.
