Fully dislocated shoulder here. Resulted in torn cartilage and a small fracture on the top portion of the humerus. Fun times.

That is probably true, but (and not to be a pessimst) the VS cam seems to somewhat confirm the 7cm reporting.
Buller really drew the short straw with this one. Disappointing...
Doesn't look like much accumulation on the VS cam throughout the day...
