    Its a little disappointing that snow generating systems always disappear when forecast on the 144h charts, but the rain systems only strengthen closer to the date.

    or is this an indication that this seasons charts aren't as random as they were 3 weeks ago?!

    the perisher snow cams look different, visability must suck. is this just clouds, or is it associated with snow?

    quick question - why do the BOM use 'feet' measurements?

    Estimates of freezing levels are predominantly prepared for aviation (the skiing industry is lower on the list of priorities). Internationally, aviation tends to use imperial measurements - mainly due to the dominance of the US.
