No imagination. Sydney did that a couple of weeks ago
King st chaos
I’m in Melb SE and after the big downpour on Cup Day finally got around to getting the roof repaired
So far so good, but a new issue is that all the crap that had been on the roof for the last 20+ years that’s was washed off the roof by the repair guys has obviously settled in the drains somewhere and things are taking a while to drain away
But the inside of the house is dry
Why another thread?

Will be a good test, except little wind to with the rain which always finds any hidden leaks !
They finished putting a complete new roof & guttering & most of the downpipes on my house on Tuesday. This will be a good test.
Yes, rain with winds from all different directions is the killer though.
Can force in water in the most unlikely places
Intensification of the hydrological cycle....
Welcome to tropical summers Melbourne!
Sydney does it on a very regular basis. I've never been to Sydney when it hasn't poured.
Quite right. We need to wash you back to where you came from.
Stay on topic.
