Clear to the right of the long stripey front which is nicely skinny and drifting south into bass strait. Left of this a bit of a curly cloudy bit in the middle where anything can happen. And then lots of cold looking cloudy speckly stuff coming in behind from the bottom of the map where its really cold. Whats not to like?

Looking very cold, should get good freezes every night all next week.

I predict it wouldn't be very nice with the 6 and 3 year old though.

Ski school. That’s what I’m doing with youngest. Might be a lunch time collect though.

Maybe 10 cm , more likely less than 5 and possibly nothing with the best you can say is at least it didn't r**n.
However clouds above me now don't fill me with any sort of confidence.

17? That's about twice as The southern Vic snowline ATM!

I predict this late freeze/fall will provide a bit of confidence that Ol Bawbs might hang in there for a bit of skiing first week of the school hols. I think it's asking too much to last 3 weeks (end of hols). Hoth/Falls look fine. Suspect Buller might retreat back to the big SM runs on the north (poss Sth too?) by end of hols. Happy to be wrong? (;-)

Is any more snow likely to arrive overnight or have we seen the most of it (I can see blue sky on the Perisher cams now)?

Buller Southside is still completely stacked and will be until close, barring a catastrophe.

We will be skiing slush bumps on great steep terrain until the end.
