Patiently waiting for insurance assessor to arrive, observing persistent rain and hills shrouded in mist, not that cold though.

Am loving this cyclical weather we're having...cold fronts delivering 10-20mm, follow up troughs/fronts with pulses of showers and colder temps, then warming up, before we do it all again.
Only thing I'd change would be the nasty NW winds before the fronts.

Roof is rumbling here in Brighton, and radar shows we're about to get another dose

Im sick of it.
This is meant to hit in August.
Im ready for the warm sun and long arvos now.

Not wind and rain and cold.

Weather this time of the year should be warm sunny days followed by arvo storms

lol, Looks like a few good fronts lined up all the way to November. Shall I book the Lodge for a potential White Christmas?

MTB trails have been closed at Lysterfield, I expect other parks to follow suit. Normally this would be OK, but last week there were idiots riding during the high winds, and when trees came down they continued to ride and completely destroyed the trails by riding around fallen trees and mud, creating sub tracks and just a mess everywhere. So because of these idiots, no one can go anywhere.

How do they close the trails? big sign upon entrance to the park?
Most of em are pretty spread out, they dont go out and put a sign in front of each one do they?
I assume they post it on the website?
