Does anyone know if Falls is opening next year
they would certainly be intending to, but who knows what the year will bring
I have left my accommodation deposit (50%) with the provider, so very much hoping it goes ahead as usual. Fingers crossed.
Same same. I'm very upbeat, vaccine in March and bumper snow falls.
Better be, I've booked 2 x 2 week blocks
Missed this year with lockdown (not much to have missed apparently)
Done. I have booked a week for early August 2021.
Might book a second week for later in the season given we have missed so much.
Advice when I booked my accommodation was pretty much in line with discussions on this forum. That is, have you got or getting a season pass? because if covid is still a risk, and capacity is reduced, season pass holders should have priority, and day passes may not be available until as late as a week prior.
I hope the capacity is not reduced, as the week when the mountain was open this year, it was very quiet, and I'd really like all the businesses on and off mountain to have lots of customers being really generous with their money.
Even if The actual resort does not operate as if the plague never happened I am gearing up for a 2021 Fainters BC XC ski tour/snow camp coming in from Big Hill.
I also want to take my sleddy thing out to Roper's hut and Fitzgerald's hut for BC XC ski tours and snow camping.
