I observe that the Border Mail had an article yesterday on how the snows are disappearing from Australian resorts and reliance on snowmaking will become the norm. Al Gore must be somewhere about.

Still have a moisture-laden atmos to good heights as of 9am this AM. Drying out over Mt Gambier. maybe another 2-3 hours left in it IMO.

Just drove back from Perisher. Can confirm snow till nearly the Thredbo river. It was deep and quite dry this morning. Few early turns through center valley then North P were both my picks.
Crowds were huge for a monday...
