Of course, but unless you plan on getting that helicopter to lower you onto that perfect spot, then there’s gunna be foot prints

Nice thought but she needs to be a little bit dressy for her own wedding!

Randy def doesn't have exclusive commercial rights for weddings. RAD Photography used to be the go to for the best wedding pics in the entire mountains but he lives coastal vic now which is not helpful for mountain weddings!

You might need to nail some ski pole baskets to the stillettos so they don’t sink

Ok so we are doing the photos tomorrow, but not getting to Thredbo/DHG until lunchtime and I’m trying to think of alternative/plan B locations if the roads to Thredbo and Perisher are cactus.

Does anyone know of any good places in the local area (away from the resort-busy roads and Carpark’s) for some snow + snowgums photos? I thought worse case scenario we head towards Adaminaby but I was hoping for somewhere closer to Jindy. TIA

Lots of options along the Snowy Mtns Highway around Kiandra/Selwyn. Just have to head 50m in from roads to get away from road grime. But snow has lost its new snow look after a few days of mild weather and maybe showers tonight.

Thanks, good to know that area is an option, I’ve been up there in late September before so got a little bit of an idea of the surrounds which will be handy.

There are some quite big snow gums along the last bit of road before you get to Selwyn, past the turnoff from the road to Cabramurra. Three Mile Dam also has full snow cover around it too, so if you want snow+lake effect it's another option.

No driving from Tumut to Thredbo due lack of Alpine Way. Great drive, I really enjoyed it with last week's snow.
