Trying to sort family lift tickets via the epic pass friend thing. Absolute nightmare. Aside from having g to do each ticket individually, their dumb site hasn't added on the ski tube as I ticked. On every ticket. Makes me want to go to Thredbo... ish.

Are the good people of Perisher customer care good at sorting this stuff out?

Yes that’s it. Ticked all the boxes, then the receipt email hasn’t got the ski tube on. Hopefully they can fix it if I call them tomorrow.

The Perisher website makes me want to ski Thredbo, and the Thredbo website makes me want to ski Perisher. I've had mixed experiences with the Perisher customer care.

I had the same experience this week purchasing an over 70 season pass - did not offer option to include ski tube. I was able to sort it out by ringing them. The website is faulty.

Just spoke with them, and fair play they were brilliant. All sorted, no fuss and quickly. Can't fault them at all. Well done Perisher!

But it would be good if you could find out any real information from the website without a mining license and without having to do a pretend booking.

It always amazes me how multi-million dollar businesses can't rock a basic usable website. It's not that difficult.

In Perisher’s I think it’s deliberate, it can only be so difficult to use by plan to force particular purchase and commitment choices.

I’m not going to disagree with you. I got the feeling from the girl I spoke to that she was pretty frustrated by, and used to dealing with website issues.

Perisher as an entity need to sort that website out. The customer care folk I spoke to though were great
