That's quite an interesting story I wonder what the people of Beijing think about their government fiddling around with the weather?

Hydro Tasmania conducts cloud seeding from April to November on the west coast in order to increase rainfall for the dams; they run into controversy all the time though because their efforts are believed to lead to rainstorms and flooding in tourism hot spots such as Strahan.

"Artificial Rain" strikes me as Fake Rain, which is why i read on. sounds good but should we be playing 'god' with the weather when we dont understand what the consequences could be?
