Windy, but warm in Melbourne. Ditched the longs for the ride in today, first time in while.

Brutal wind at Hotham, a little bit of clear precip starting to fall. Was planning on testing my new AT setup out to Loch and surrounds but almost got blown over. Tomorrow's the day

I'm at Mushroom Rocks near BawBaw at the moment. Wind is only mild here, but expect it to pick up. Not overly cold but at least we have an awesome campsite to bunker down in.

Hrrm, seems odd to me. Perisher AWS was 3.6C at that time. That's 4 degrees difference between the Valley AWS and your lodge. I am guess your lodge sits in a nice little frost hollow.

Love the late arvo crunch - reminds me of spring.
Quite a dry day it seems. 20-30%RH (-15C dew point) for Perisher AWS this morning.

Temp drops and moisture goes.. Lower areas damaged by rain, lots of areas closed for this time off year, I observe IMO
