Hooray! With a bit of luck, there might be something to see up there soon. -.1 degree, according to their site.
Fingers crossed for a little pre-season joy during the next week. May need to dust off the skis early (wishful thinking).
Me and my almost 5 year old daughter are planning on doing a bit of skiing this season (will put my daughter in ski school as much as possible) looking for anyone in similar situation who may like to meet up and ski together whilst the kids are in ski school? thanks
Daughter is a bit old for ski school, but I'm happy to ski with anyone who doesn't mind me being slower than them. Over the back is even better.
Over the back??
Happy to ski with anyone! do you head to baw baw often?
I've no kids, but I'd be happy to ski at Baw Baw with like minded company.
Sounds good.. what area are you from?
SE Melb/Mornington Peninsula
Specifically Frankston. I'd be happy to car pool to Baw Baw, St Gwinear, Buller or Stirling if you need a lift. I will be ski patrolling at St G some weekends this season (if there's enough snow).
I'm in the next suburb! Perhaps we can organise a trip. Always helps saving costs where ever possible! plus some company is good too
Alisha I've sent you a PM.
Hoping those cams will have something to show Mon-Tues, if the weather gurus are correct. A first week of June midweek BB trip would be a great season opener.
Will certainly be on the cards for me on Tuesday if the system delivers.
