Today the 5am report says average 26cm, snowmaking 62cm, 5cm fresh overnight
but if u look under snow conditions, it says 26cm / 65cm / 2cm fresh
this is different to yesterday, so it hasn't been missed, are they making it up ?

Its not rocket science, if u cant get the little things right...
I've been up there after snowfalls and I know they exaggerate the cm's
for "man made" the measuring is done right in front of the snow guns, I bet !

I disagree. Baw Baw is the only mountain I know to UNDER-REPORT!
I went up two weekends ago and the gauge on Summit T-Bar was 65cm and they were reporting a lot less.

Really, Baw Baw needs to use that guage or report from the Poma and Summit gauge.

I agree with @grozzy ... from what I have seen this year, the reports are often way under what is actually there.

Today the 5am report says 26cm, snowmaking 62cm, 5cm fresh overnight, but snow conditions says 26cm / 65cm / 1cm fresh, there was 2.4mm on the BOM rain gauge since 9am yesterday, so 5cm fresh is definitely wrong, 1-2 cm more likely, the vic snow report says 5cm fresh cos they take their data from the 5am report, which is misleading the public.
Is this the Belgravia way ?
