Booking cancellation and Refund

    Eventually I have made a mistake for booking a lift pass, so I requested for a cancellation and received the confirmation email today. But not the refund yet, anyone knows how long does the refund normally take?

    It usually takes a few weeks so you should have it by now if not chase it up.
