    Hi Guys,

Long time listener, first time poster.

I have a B-Tag from last year. Im heading up to Buller for a couple of days this week. Can i use my tag from last year and just 'reload' it with the 2 days worth, or do i have to buy a new one for 2014?

    Thanks! :)

You can reload it online if you have an account. Otherwise you can reload it instore at Mansfield or Buller

I had the same problem first time but they said it was because I had no email on the account. No problem reloading card instore.

Best to register your email address to the account. Makes it much less stressful if you lose a B-Tag (or leave it in Mansfield) as well.

lol. Same issue here trying to sort out next week. I am pretty sure both Jarryd and I did register email addresses, but maybe not. I'll call them tomorrow as I can't seem to log on or anything.
