Do not hire clothes at Bullocks Flat - Skitube base. Total chaos. Waited 45 minutes to be served. Not enough staff serving. Poor systems in place.

Wow. I hire out lots of clothing. I get upset if my customers have to wait 5 mins (which does happen when there's a sudden and big influx of cars, then throw in a bus for good measure). Gotta have enough staff to handle it all, but sometimes things happen - staff call in sick or have other emergencies. (I was down 2 staff last weekend, but fortunately it was relatively quiet). I am aware of other places though where the wait can be up to an hour!
Nothing wrong with hire clothing, if the place is reputable - everything must be washed after every hire, and waterproofed, and in perfect condition. Not all places do that :(
