Apologies guys didn’t realise CPV was being difficult, I also bet there will be no discounts on the head lease from NPWS or lodge fees from CPV. I know our lodge has refunded booking money
What concerns me is how many more lodges will be unable to pay and will become acquired by the Blyton group
Not too different when Gillo had the place .......... Kosi Chalet was just given a big upgrade and was short of cash until the season started , he then hit them with a contribution fee for the road . The rest is history .

Wanted to carry funds forward to next year as a credit, but they never responded to my emails.

Worth a try. :)

They will offer you a credit for next year. They are taking 6 + weeks to respond to emails but get there in the end. Alternative, if paid by credit card, lodge a disputed charge on basis that service could not be provided due to government health orders.

We appreciate and thank you for your patience as we have worked through an unprecedented volume of enquiries relating to the impacts of COVID-19 on the 2021 snow season. We acknowledge and apologise for any delays experienced as our small but dedicated team have worked through the enquiries. We assure you we are committed to ensuring that all guest enquiries are responded to and resolved.



As per the information outlined on the COVID section of our website (Charlotte Pass Snow Resort - COVID-19 Policies), any requests from guests who have been impacted by a Public Health Order are being considered in accordance with the terms and conditions in place at the time of booking.



For your reference, this means we have been dealing with guest enquiries as follows:



If your purchase was specified as being fully refundable, we are providing a full refund.
If your purchase contained a specific provision relating to COVID-19 (for example, that a credit would be offered to use in either the 2021 or 2022 snow seasons), we are providing you with a credit or date change in accordance with that policy.
If your purchase was non-refundable and/or non-transferable, we have implemented a new flexible COVID policy that will provide you with a date change to enable you to use your product in either the 2021 or 2022 snow seasons.




In accordance with the Terms & Conditions in place at the time of making your booking, the products you purchased were non-refundable and/or non-transferable. Guests ticked a confirmation box to agree to the Terms & Conditions when they made a booking through our Online Store.

However, we fully acknowledge the unique and unprecedented circumstances that we all find ourselves in. For this reason, we introduced a flexible COVID-19 policy for guests who have purchased non-refundable/transferable products. Under this flexible policy we will be providing you with a date change for your products so that they can be transferred to either later in the 2021 snow season, or the 2022 snow season.



Under this policy, please accept this email as confirmation that you will be provided with the ability to transfer these products to another date in either the 2021 or 2022 snow seasons. Please note these products remain non-refundable.



Guests who wish to transfer their dates within the 2021 snow season can do so by calling 02 6457 1555.



For guests wishing to transfer their dates to next season, we will be in touch with you when 2022 bookings open and will provide instructions on how to re-book your products.



We thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back to Charlotte Pass Snow Resort soon.
