Inexpensive accommodation demands you provide sheets and towels. We can provide but there is a cost involved so you pay more.Well Qld is out
Does Hotham have any catered lodges? Taking my own sheets and towels does not appeal.
I just tagged onto the “cheap” thread, I’m more of a medium priced personInexpensive accommodation demands you provide sheets and towels. We can provide but there is a cost involved so you pay more.
There are also fully catered lodges that do 3 full meals as well. But you'll pay.
Many choices. Your pick.
Thanks for carrying the country forwards but I have a few thoughts on that matter.someone has to keep the nation going!
These Vic roads sound interesting. I'm guessing with my prado on city tyres I'd still need chains in slick conditions? Excuse the newbie question but do you do 4 tyre chains for a 4wd? If so, that sucks, I hate tyre chains.Cold hands, side of the cold highway, people happily speeding past and the slopes waiting. But I get it's much better getting there eventually than slipping off the road. On another question to do with that, I spent a little time in America as a kid and there'd be heaps of snow and ice on the roads and my mother, who is a terrible driver (sorry mum), would drive around in a little 2wd corolla. How does that work? Here we have 4wds needing chains for much less snow and ice.
