    Anybody used them?

seeing supercheap airfares viaTaipei to Vancouver.

Just wondering if the price is offset by customer service etc

    anyone have any experience?

I haven't used them for going to Canada, but have used them for Aust - Taiwan - Japan. Price was good, customer service good, new planes, 30kgs baggage, no worries with a massive snowboard bag. Only negative was food was so/so.
