    possibly

I know there were random Police and ADF out and about down there a couple weeks ago.

There was some Victorian number plates on vehicles at the cascades trail carpark though. Sneaky illegal border crossers maybe?

Nice, its much better going up from DHG proper, rather than the ski school run. Today though anywhere would have been great!

I am having IT issues today.

Also just upgraded my iPhone 5 last week, the photos are now all .HEIC so when downloading off the cloud I then need to convert to .JPG

I am feeling it a bit now. Skinning really activates the glutes. Which is what my physio has me do all these different exercises for, so this should work well.

Since I was solo I sort of just put my head down and slogged along.

My glutes are sore but not too bad, the worst is my forearms and my neck (clearly was looking down too much!). I can barely hold a glass of water in my left hand today
