Hi all, are there decent changing rooms and lockers to store wet gear in overnight in a main public area of Perisher?
I'm looking to stay with a friend and don't want to impose all my wet gear into his house. If I can find decent lockers to hire somewhere close to where I park, I can get changed each morning and afternoon, leaving my boots and gear to dry overnight.
Also, are they secure and a decent size?
First post for me, thanks in advance for your help :)

There are lockers. There is every chance that your gear will be wet and cold in the morning.

Yep, get a Sidas Drywarmer for your boots.

FWIW you may struggle this year, most drying lockers at lodges have been closed for the season due to Covid restrictions.

Blue Cow lockers are generally a lot warmer than PV and less busy.

Why is you gear so wet? Are you a tobogganist?

Thanks all :D, I especially like Aractus's Sidas bootwarmer suggestion (especially as they are now USB) and Harper11's tobogganist comment LOL. I doubt my gear will be especially wet, but any dampness will not be so nice next day.
I'm essentially looking to be able to Board with minimal fuss and maybe even camp in my van (there's only so many times you can crash at a friends house!).
Thanks also Reginald, for the Blue Cow tip.
Does anyone know how big the Lockers are please?

They're just standard metal lockers. Like Brownbuilt or Elite Built etc. I think there's a combination of full-length and half length. In my opinion you're better of keeping your gear in your car, or in the house.

Thanks Aractus. I do have hanging room in the van but thought it'd be hard enough camping in the cold as it is, let alone putting on damp gear and changing by the side of the road. I thought, if I could find a nice warm drying and change room, it'd be worth renting for the comfort. ;)
Where's the best live music and Après Skis? Jindabyne?

    National Parks and Wildlife Service.

Lockers may not be available this season. Normally the locker rooms are a complete shit fight first thing in the morning and last thing in the arvo. So with Covid-19 they would be a nightmare.

My friends brother (who lived in Jindy for some years) used to let us take up the lounge room floor in his house .................for a case of beer or 3.

Might be different this year, but every time I’ve used those loos in winter they’ve been packed with families of snow players and the loos were filthy.

    I've never visited.
