Only in 2020 do we get two warm fronts tracking over us
Inflow from the low?

A bit stronger than Hi-Res had planned too.
Difficult to say how much it will play into the severe cells.
Nah. Was established before the low..
Another cell near parramatta..
Detailed SWW is up on that Warragamba offshoot.
Oatley & Lucas Heights is in for it.
I can see BoM struggling to keep up here.
Looks like the worst of those storms have skipped past me to the south.
Yh fellas not looking to good here
Very heavy rain with some small sized hail here not too much wind with it.
Bow Echo out to sea, due East of Jervis Bay
Small hail, about pea size in Campbelltown, was driving on the highway about 20min ago, went from 110kph to 60kph, surprised didn't have hero's on the freeway wanting to stick to the limit...

Came home to lawn that was half cover with hail possibly due to meltage. Largest size being around 1.5cm thereabouts. Under my plants were covered with hail and leaves have been shreded.
Big CG here in Bondi. Not even a second between L & T
And now less than a second between L & T here in Coogee. Crazy heavy rain as well, vis reduced significantly
Sydney OH picked up 8 mm in 10 minutes. Ingleburn in Sydney’s SW has had 30 mm since 9:00, most of which would have fallen from the storm that crossed Southern Sydney a little while ago.
Still getting distant rumbles and grumbles.
Landslide on Brown Mountain has blocked the road- facebook ABC Canberra
I'm glad everyone is getting some good action.
My area on the other hand continues to be very uneventful. We're down approximately half of what other areas to the west, SW and NW have had. Stuck in a bit of a
Sun coming out now but that southerly looks like it's really cooled things down and potentially stabilised things.
Southerly has had nil affect on these cells.
It was blowing 15 knots SE'ly and hour ago here.
Now severe WX.
Can see the low start to spin up now...
AXS-C suggests that -20C upper low is right on Sydney now.
I would say it was the southerly that also potentially helped kick some of them off. I was refering to post cells/wind change there doesn't appear to be much convection here as far as I can tell.
Meanwhile up in Newcastle it’s blue skies with some interesting looking clouds off in the distance, but no sign of rain. Fingers crossed that it stays like this as there are builders working on the roof of my house today!
Surf must be flat if Newy Roofers are on your roof on a Saturday.
Either that or you're getting billed accordingly.
House extension going up. They’re pushing to get it to lockup stage by Christmas, and more immediately, pushing to get all the high-up work done so they can pull the scaffolding down. I’m pretty impressed tbh.
Nothing much to speak of here again with all the action to our south and west, and the sun is now out. Maybe a bit more heating and a last hurrah later
Yeh, there's a bit of development to the north west over the CT's.
I'm hoping for Rnd 2 later.
Theres a storm 80kms due east of me that basically hasn't moved.
If anything its backbuilding towards the coast.
Yep, the cat went running
From a mate on the North Beaches as that cell jumped the coast.
