I am looking to expand the quiver (to two pairs - be still my beating heart) and am looking for something to cover the wider end of the spectrum - 110 - 120mm width. The use case is inbounds Australian soft snow conditions - spring slush, chunked up crud following a dump, that sort of thing. I'm looking for a "playful charger" - something that can punch through crud and heavy snow, but is still fun and energetic. These will be paired with some Blizzard Brahmas (88mm) in 180cm.

Previous experience I've had with this type of ski:
- demoed Icelantic Nomad 115s in 180cm and loved them. Found them a little short, I suspect due to the tip + tail rocker
- briefly owned a pair of DPS Wailer 112 Foundations in 184cm and hated them. Found them far to short which I suspect was due to the rocker and (IMO) excessive tip taper, but the balance was all wrong for me and they just didn't light my fire.

Budget is one-to-several hundred dollars - this is a bit of an experiment to see if this type of ski will get enough use to justify the expense, and if a quiver is worth the hassle, so I want to keep the cost low if possible. Mounted or flat - I have a spare set of bindings so I don't mind. I'm located in Canberra, but shipping is pretty easy.

From what I've read, the ideal would be a pair of Moment Wildcats/Bibby Pros/Blister Pros in 184/190cm or the Rossignol BLACKOPS 118 in 186cm . That said, I'm very open to offers or suggestions of other skis to try, so let me know!

Doubt you will find any of the skis you mentioned in the range of a few hundred dollars.
Black crows corvus is 107 and they go alright - rhythm probably still has some of the 2020s in ex demo for cheap. Other than that the old candide 4.0 or black crows anima sit in the 110-120 charger category.

Does playful and charger exist? I have a pair of 116 jj's @185, not forsale. They're playful, but do ski short, especially on firm snow. They're still pretty stiff though and have a lot more camber than my qst skis.

Rustler 11s probably the best example I can think of as a playful charger over 110mm

In the woods
@Byron have a pair of Kastle BMX 108 @ 188cm is you are interested. Is a charger, though wouldn't call it playfull. Amazing agile on soft snow. will slay crud, but does super G turns on piste.
