    Skiing down Falls Creek Rd is superb. I was teaching my 5 year old last year, by skiing with him in between my skis and ploughing with him from Alpine View to the Gully Chair. He thought that was a lot more fun than Milo school !

    It's hard to understand why people who dislike Falls Creek so much bother to even open the thread, let alone waste time commenting.

    Actually, I dont dislike Falls, I love Falls. The problem is that the last three times I have been there it was a total unmitigated disaster. Basically greedy management and very poor attitude. We were treated totally like a commodity to rip off. Total contrast to Buller which quite frankly is a pleasure to go to in my experience.

    Sure they run a business. My complaint seems to be a constant amoung many. When they address the issues then I will Fall in love with Falls again. Up untill then, why bother.

    The snow covered village and roads is part of the magic.
