    Hi all, first time heading to Buller, we got Queen’s birthday long weekend booked. We’ve been to Falls, Hotham and Dinner Plain before and loved it I hope Buller is as good as them. Question I have is in regards to parking, we will be driving up there but I don’t really understand parking system there, can you drive to your accommodation and then return to parking or how does it work, seems a bit different to Falls and Hotham. Also any good recommendations for some good meals and drinks.

    You will be parked in the overnight carparks about 1.5 km or more down the mountain, you need to book a taxi or ride share service to take you and your luggage to the door. You can pay for the ride share at the same time you pay for the resort entry.

    Bourke street is guaranteed I believe, there is a good amount of snow piling up already, they started very early this year with both machine going 24/7.

    PS BTW it is fenced off, a no go area until opening weekend.

    We guarantee skiing on Bourke St from QB. Which doesn't mean it will be amazing but at least the kids can have some fun.

    Transport for casual overnight visit - park at the car parks and get the rideshare service. Make sure you book everything in advance - can book accom, parking, rideshare, multi-day lift tix all online in a single transaction.

    @Dave Clark

    Someone on Airtasker was asking for ski lessons before going skiing this year.
    I said not possible off snow, wait till you are going and book lesson lift package.
    Since she was offering $200 for off snow (whatever the hell that is) I suggested she might go for pvt one but cant see them listed.
    Do BSL have private lessons or only group ?
