I saw this weird looking frankenboot. I wonder how light they are? Do you think this design could work for telemark too?
Though I can see the appeal of leaving half your boot behind when you go for a latte! Bit of a pain having to get the shell out of the binding to put the skis on the rack on the Audi though. Anyone got a reason that its not a dumb idea?
I was thinking it may make for a light and comfy natural flexing telemark boot for long distance touring. Like a T4, but lighter and more comfortable
Being a boarder, if I was ever going to spend much time in a ski boot then this would be the one for me!!
