Then google "skiddoo complaints" and read the results.

I reckon that in a field that includes molto low star and the occasional multi star you discount the multi star.

Flights booked. Skyscanner /BestJet --Bris - Narita - Haneda - Singapore - Bris. Mid Feb $1933,00. 2 seats.
Qantas - JAL - Qantas inc 30 kg - JAL 2 pieces + carry on, ski bags allowed
Pretty happy with that, full service airline. No more crapstar for me.. Better price than Jstar and none of the BS
No credit card fee or booking fee.

Cheers, only asked as I was considering booking through them but read some pretty dodgy stuff...
Apparently have improved sinc the regulatory scrutiny.

I don't get it. Why use BestJet, Skiddoo etc ? Mid Feb on the Qantas site :

    2 seats - $1,918. 12 Feb BNE - NRT. QF61 (direct flight). 28 Feb. NRT-HKG-BNE (Cathay & Qantas)

Add cc fee. Same baggage. Direct flight for return is $100 more. Tons of options for Feb on Qantas site.

Those discount sites are great, until you need to make a change. If its 1-2% less than going direct to the airline I'm always sceptical.
