Blue starts September 1 (2021). It's new. I updated the copy in anticipation.. I'll edit it now to be more clear for the remainder of this month. Thanks for revealing this inconsistency in our comms.

The thing about the upgrades, is that I can't trigger an email or an alert advising you that you will potentially have a 20 minute wait, until the upgrade has registered, at which point, you are upgraded.

We changed the permissions to send PM's after that spam attack a couple months back.. PM's are enabled at 30 posts with the 'First Reward'

The First Reward can be bypassed by purchasing a once-only Quick Unlock for $3.30

Also, FYI, after yesterday morning's issues with Gear Swap, I have enabled new registrations receiving PM's from any regular member (not just mods and admins) -- however brand new registrations still can't start a PM.
