CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER If you just registered and your confirmation email failed to arrive the most likely scenario is it is in your Spam or Junk folder. Hotmail, Live.com, Outlook.com The confirmation email regularly gets placed in Junk with hotmail.com, live.com and outlook.com email accounts (all three are Microsoft services, it's very annoying but not something we can fix) Workplace accounts If you have used a workplace email and your workplace uses Microsoft Office360 email hosting then it may also end up in the 'spam' folder. Gmail Very occasionally Gmail will also place the confirmation email in Spam (but that is less likely). Windows Outlook If you use the default Windows Outlook client for email. Ensure you look in the 'Junk' folder (and not the 'Other' folder). The pathway to Junk is; Folders -> More -> Junk Mobile & Tablet If you are on your phone or tablet, navigate to the spam or junk folder and look there. CONTACT US Still no joy?
