Mods: please move if you believe this should be elsewhere

I may have to eat my previous words in regards to supporting Aust Retailers & Distributors

i'm not blaming the retailers here - i have had 2 different ski/snowsport stores make enquiries in regards to the purchase of a set of High end Flow bindings

from both stores i have had the same response that the "distributor" of this product can't/won't be stocking this product in the size that i'm after

so now i'm at that point where i have to purchase this product online or overseas

i would prefer not to do this, but am at an impass

can anyone suggest a reputable online snowboard store that they have done business with or an overseas store that stocks Flow bindings

    many thanks

many US based stores could be out of the exact model/size you are after - it is, after all the end of their season and the team binding is incredibly popular.

Silence i am finding that problem and i do understand that their stocks would be low

i can't believe there isn't one pair anywhere in the world though

my beef with the company is it doesn't seem like the company has any in stock so the importer can't buy any in at all

    that is werid

it is the flagship model of there binding (maybe they don't sell many mediums or maybe the sold out)

it shows they don't repect the Aus industry if the importer can't get one in

i know the Large would fit my boots, but there is no room for stretching of the binding in later years so then would become less adjustable

you have to be picky with bindinds [IMG]

Look elsewhere not just the US and canada. My helmet which i sourced from the UK in the end was sold out everywhere in the world, i picked up one of the last White Bern Bakers from a store in England by luck because i went to the UK sites just to see if they had any bern models.

Hi caboose try to email this guy he may have mediums. As your probably aware the US size is one size smaller than equivalent OZ size so US large will be OZ feet size 7.5 to 9.5. I have a DC Judge size 10 fits perfectly son is a US boot sz 9 still good. Have bought from him and had no problems. Only issue is he is selling 06 model not 07 but at huge discount. I have my 06 and LUV them.
Try this link Ebay US seller Flow Team

    puremountain link i posted earlier

    1) won't ship or sell overseas as yet
    2) won't take international credit cards

this is probably the option i will take, but get a friend in the states to order it and send it over

surf the earth - not in stock

i have place and order though a friend in the states through Pure Mountain

    lets see how it goes

i did find another pair in germany for $499 euros (about $850AUS [IMG] [IMG] )

many thanks for your suggestions and help

btw a few reason i like flow (for those that asked)

    1) very easy to get into - saves time and effort getting on and off lifts etc

    2) very even instep pressure - ie no pressure points - gives a very solid grounding on base plate and board

3)very responsive - from point 2 i have found this gives me great, quick response edge to edge transitions

the 1st time i tried a mates i didn't like the feel, but i bought a pair because of the ease of use

after riding with them now for 8 seasons or so i tried a pair of strap in in march and they gave me the Sh1ts

high back was too high, stepping on the straps, not enough pressure, too much pressure blah blah blah

    there you go
