Italy recommendations please

    Roads are kept in very good condition in the Alpine areas, unless you strike a snow storm or something unusual. Highways getting there are fine. There are also buses from towns at the bottom of the valleys up into the alpine towns, so you are covered either way. You can get directly off a train to catch a gondola up to the Krontplatz these days also. Enjoy!

    Extremely easy highway driving until you turn right at Trento or Bolzano. Then it’s about 30 to 40 minutes of mountain driving on well maintained roads. Just leave a few hour window to travel the last bit in case you encounter a storm.
    Take it easy and you’ll be fine.
