Mmm, still okay for me. It might be your IP blocking. Sometimes happens. Try using through a proxy or Google cache. If still no good, if you need particular tickets let me know and I'll shoot you copies through email or PM.
Yeah 2 for dead! This site can’t provide a secure connection www.snownavi.co.jp sent an invalid response. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
Most links from https://www.snownavi.com/en/ are ok but 'Coupons' and 'Advance ticket' links return an error :-( ditto https://www.snownavi.com/
If I was skiing in Furano from 6 - 12 Jan, where would I find the best lift ticket deal ? Someone mention ski 6-8 days get free lift ticket at other places. EDIT: I think it was @azzski
You're planning to ski for a month in Hokkaido aren't you ?? Try the Tomamu early bird season pass. Costs 27,000 yen and gives you skiing in Tomamu and discounts at a wide selection of other Hokkaido resorts including Furano. So just at Furano you're looking at 2300yen off a day ticket. For 6 days that's a saving of 13800yen. Tomamu season pass - https://www.snowtomamu.jp/winter/en/ski/ticket/season.php Discounts at other resorts - https://www.niseko.ne.jp/en/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/seasonnet_list_2018-19.pdf?1506322491
I gather we'd need to sacrifice a ski day to drive out to Tomamu from Furano to go and pick it up as it's a 6 hour round trip? They don't seem to have a mail option. The Austrians do this with their ski passes, so good.
Where did you get 6hrs from ? Google maps is showing about 2hr15min round trip, add a little more due to winter driving, but I hope it doesn't take 6hrs ! We're planning to pick our season pass up on the drive up from Sapporo airport on the way to Furano, only a small deviation.
Wrong Tomamu. Froff Life is showing the right one on his map. If you're driving up from New Chitose airport take the Doto Expressway to Tomamu, pick up your pass, and then take route 237 up to Furano.
A friend of mine has recently launched a website for ski ticket sales in Japan. You can buy tickets in advance online and have them delivered to your accommodation free of charge. Just launched a few weeks ago and so far only offering Hakuba Valley Pass. Check it out here: https://japanliftpasses.com.
@Sandy when do the coupons that you've posted the last 2 seasons come out. The ones with lots of resorts and you fill out the smaller coupon?? Thanks. Ps. Let me know if you see any Naeba or Kagura.
I reckon 1hr 12min from Furano to Tomamu is a tad optimistic. Throw in a bit of snow, road works, traffic and wildlife and it takes a bit longer than that. I drive pretty fast and 1hr 30min is closer to the mark.
Found on the the resort websites: Tsugaike http://www.tsugaike.gr.jp/english/ticket/packages Coupon Lift, Lunch & Onsen (Hot Spring) Packages ¥5300 This package combines a one-day lift ticket, a ¥1,000 lunch voucher, a coupon for discount entry into either of Tsugaike’s onsens Iwatake https://iwatake-mountain-resort.com/winter/rates Go down to Discount / coupon ticket (2018 - 2019 season) Coupon ¥4900 (1 day ticket + lunch ticket 1000 yen)
Found this for Naeba. http://www.princehotels.com/en/ski/naeba/webket/ There are 2 deals 4ppl for 16000 but tickets must be used on same day. Other deal I think we will use is Naeba pack, includes Naeba ticket plus 1200yen voucher for use on mountain or at hotel. You can upgrade to Mt naeba combo ticket for extra 700yen. The ticket price works out cheaper than the 500yen seibu club discount. Haven't found anything better. (Missed the earlier naeba deal posted here).
Will do that soon. Had to travel to Australia for a funeral, heading back to Japan right now. Will likely be some for Naeba/Kagura. When are you there
I found the empty 2018/2019 dalemo coupon from their website. The coupon @Sandy posted last year had a shop number prefilled in the upper corner. Could it work If I just fill the number of person, dates etc and leave the mountain number and shop number blank. Or should I use the same shop number that was in last years coupon? We will arrive saturday for a two week Honshu road trip, and last year these coupons saved us a lot of yen So thank you @Sandy !
Shiga Kogen: #90 (Yakebitaiyama only #92) Hakuba: Goryu 47: #62 Tsugaike: #61 Happo: None Iwatake: #59 Cortina: #68 Sanosaka: #63 Kashimayari: #60
Yuzawa. Kagura: #43 Naeba: #49 Gala: #42 Gala/Yuzawa kogen/Ishiuchi: #42,#50,#44 Yuzawa ski park: #53 Hakkaisan: #47
Thank you @Sandy ! So that form is ok even though it is 2017/2018? Mountain numbers also seem to be same than previous year. I found this for 2018/2019. Which one should I use? Sorry for more questions...
Long time lurker- I used the webket early bird tickets for Madarao, day pass was 3000 yen before the end of November. Now 3800 yen. Our accommodation has day passes for less. From chatting to people it appears some gaijin-owned lodges may not get the same deals. https://webket.jp/pc/ticket/itemdetail?fc=00216&ac=7002&igc=0003
Passes are always cheaper before the start of the season. Good that it worked for you regardless. A number of the foreign owned lodges have not joined the local kanko kyokai (tourist association) therefore cannot access the cheap passes. As a matter of interest did you see them here?
Actually I got there via a direct link from a Google search result, after seeing that Naeba had webket tickets.
Naeba had ladies days on Tues and Thurs with tickets for ¥3500, and seniors on Wed for ¥4000 (I think - didn't apply to me). This was not readily advertised anywhere else other than a poster at the ticket window You could pay the ¥700 for an all mountain upgrade to include Kagura. This was cheaper than their Seibu club price, also the webket tickets worked out cheaper if you were there to use the ¥1200 useful ticket.
