Cabramurra wind data from sunset to 11pm today

Note the steady increase in wind speed and the unchanging wind direction. Meanwhile, Thredbo AWS (not far away and exposed) has been registering very light breezes (0-10km/h) over the same period.
What's going on here? Is the Cabramurra AWS situated on the side of a large hill above a valley? i.e. could there be (katabatic) winds running downslope as a temperature inversion sets up?
