    Any reviews????

We are booked in for 3 weeks time, I don't even know where it is, other than they are really looking after our team.

    I don't know.

I also doubt you can see the lake from it as well [IMG]

Hmmm... Lakeside perhaps, it's on the lakeside of the village bowl about a block up/back and a bit around towards the falls express chair or whatever it's called ATM.

All I care about is that it backs onto the aquaduct so we can ski around to Windy Corner pretty easily [IMG]

BJ, I have to admit that I haven't heard of it either. None of the lodges have lake views, so that doesn't help. I can only guess that it's a rebadging of something else. There is a Lakeside Lodge (nowhere near the lake), but that's the closest I can think of.

Lakeside is up near Cedarwood. Very close to the aqueduct so your access to the nordic area is good. You probably know that the aqueduct puts you right at the nordic bowl. But if you want to go to Windy Corner (eg to buy trail passes) you need to turn off down wombats ramble.

It is also well placed to drop into the FC Hotel (on foot for easy return up the stairs) for a beer or whatever takes your fancy.

And you won't see any lake from there.

    Re: Lakeside at Falls

i stayed there about 5 years ago and the folks were nice,
the lodge itself was your typical 80s style with big windows and lots of pine tables and chairs, (might have been updated by now)
built in your traditional concrete block construction with slopeing roof, it was warm and the beds were fine
would be good for a group
    hope that helps
