    Hey all,
    New to the forums as I plan a trip to Japan.

    Has anyone bought Mizuno ski gear?

    If you have, what did you think and how is fit? Tight/normal?

    Can't say I've even heard of them selling ski gear before. My instinct would be that it's likely to be a more "asian" fit, for want of a better word.

    @Sandy may know more?

    I can take a good look in the big Mizuno store in the Tokyo ski shop area.
    I haven't really looked at their snow sports wear. I've got a bit of Montbell and it's great.

    Yeah I saw some kit by them and as a baseball by their baseball gear, it should be good

    I've got a pair of their running shoes which are well made and have lasted a long time.
    Also some swimming gear. Also high quality.

    Japan's national teams of XC Ski, Jump and Nordic Combined are wearing Mizuno this season.

    Had a pair of Mizuno football boots years ago. They were brilliant, possibly the best boots I've ever had. Scored a belter of a volley in them away at Clawdd Newydd on my left foot to get us back into it at 3-0 down (we drew 3-3 in the end) though I should probably have won it late on with a header I put over....

    Not at all relevant to your ski gear question, but I do like to talk football boots given a chance.

    Whilst the other talk amongst themselves about golf shoes ....

    @CbinSyd

    I usually wear size L and my Mizuno suit is XL. Quality is excellent, light and warm. Waterproofing is mid range, lots of practical pockets and quality zips.
