Clocked Baw Baw today in sensational November (!) conditions. About 20 runs, whole resort pretty much to myself, including 5 down Champagne. Snow stayed dry until 1ish. Will post pix in BC thread later, was very pretty and wintery.

@beefa skiing and I met @Boodwah coming down the hill on his skis as we were setting out to XC ski the village Nordic Trails at about 0900 am today . The snow was according to
the Baw Baw staff, the best dump they have had in 2021. It was very good
indeed. We also met @chriscross enjoying some post lockdown spring skiing on the Summit XC trail. I shall file a trip report with a squillion photos soon.

The cold front that was coming was looking like a Baw Baw special from a week away. I frothed a lot about it to other people and in the end only @beefa skiing could be convinced to meet /accompany me for some post lockdown spring skiing at Baw Baw. So your correspondent in...

You could almost squeeze one extra morning on Nordic skis out of the mother load Baw Baw has received but it is melting rapidly and it would be very soft indeed today.
