Can I double like..??? Great quality footage for a DIY, Go Pro? I've never had one, but compared to many DIY jobs that was very good!

That's taken from the pondage in Mt Beauty. West Peak is on right.

Mt Bogong, West Peak, can't see the summit of Mt Bogong.
    Tuesday 28 July 2020 at 12.05 pm.
14C in the Kiewa Valley, windy.
Falls Creek and Mt Hotham are looking very sorry for themselves. Can't even get down Slalom Gully at Hotham to get to the Heavenly Chair at the moment. Even Wombats is stuffed at Falls Creek. The only run skiable is Mainstreet.
COVID-19 appears to be out of control in Melbourne.
Don't bring it up here to Mt Beauty or Tawonga South. No cases around here yet.
I noticed Mt Buller had a case, that mountain is likely to close.
    Oh well, today's photo.

The main summit of Mt Bogong poked its head out to the sunshine at 2.46 pm.
On the left, it appears lower than West Peak in the middle....but it's not.
    Snow is disappearing quickly.

    Mt Bogong.
    Saturday 1 August 2020 at 3.00 pm.
13C in the Kiewa Valley, no wind.
We have to wear a mask from Monday.
Snow is still there. Possibly some more next week.
    Snow is still melting.

    Mt Bogong.
    In the clouds.
Behaving as it does with the closure of Hotham and Falls Creek for the season.
I didn't get try out my new Volkl Racetiger slalom skis this year, oh well, time for Sambar deer hunting, got honked by one over in Bright last Monday. Didn't have my gun with me though.
That's all for Mt Bogong, the big fella, for this year. Hope Buller manages to stay open.

I don't do it. Only downhill skiing for me. I find XC skiing boring.
But Sambar deer hunting is exciting.
