    Hey Guys .. quick question

    Is it possible to board down Mt P to the base of the Eyre t-bar and then from there all the way to the base of the double chair without stopping? It looks like it on the trail map (given the blue trail that follows the path I'm talking about), but I just don't wanna get caught having to skate part of the way [IMG]

    Being a boarder, big dislikes of mine are t-bars and flats [IMG] . I've only stuck to the Towers Run before so I've got no idea what it's like out wide on Mt P .. but I sure am looking forward to it this weekend

    Cheers,
    Parko

    yes you can, but it can be a bit flatish for part of it. As long as you keep your speed up it shouldn't be a problem.

    I don't think you should be out wide of towers if you can't ride a T-Bar [IMG]

    you can ski the cat track back to the base of towers easy enough, with a bit of a skate here and there...so you should be OK, but expect a bit of flatness in parts

    Sorry .. I think you mis-interpreted my hate of t-bars [IMG]

    Easy to ride, just a [auto-censor] on the inner thigh .. especially if it's going up a decent incline which I guess it will be on Mt P. I'll do what I have to in the end, but if it's avoidable I'll avoid it [IMG]

    Im checking out the maps ,I havn't skied PB in 5 years so I got a few questions.

    Can you ski from the top of the freelander [forester} quad to the bottom of mount P ,or do you need to get the Sun valley T bar to get on mount P ...????.
    I can't remember..

    Also besides the V8 have they put any other new lifts in ,in the last 5 years???.{not counting tube town ,magic carpets etc.}

    Any other things I would not have seen or new runs etc ,I'm not noticing on the maps.

    Cheers Sled.

    Yes you can get all the way down to the bottom of Mt P. Just go past the sun Valley T Bar and vere right past the Happy Valley T, you will then go under the Cahirs, and there you are.

    Nothig else has happened at Perisher [IMG]

    In fact from the top of the Forester to the base of the MtP triple is probably one of the longest runs at PB! Very much a cruiser though !
