Given these difficult times we made the decision to bring forward some significant infrastructure projects.
We recently signed off on the installation of a new chairlift for the Crackenback region.
The project, following finance and development committee approval has progressed rapidly, base station and the top station are now both installed. Electrical connections through to the distribution board and substation are complete.
Today the haul rope is being strung. We are meeting all of the KPI’s and targets in the project GAANT chart and should be ready to carry our first skiers by late this afternoon.

So it's a fixed grip 6-pack. That is a first for chairlifts in Australia.

Feeling more than a little jealous of that installation.

Progress, just waiting for work safe to sign off and we’re ready for our first customers.

and in typical Thredbo fashion some of the punters have reserved their spots and are quaffing a quick Cappuccino.

    Social distancing you @#%**$#@er.;)

You can't show a fully loaded lift. You'll have the authorities around in no time. What were you thinking.

That's some lovely corduroy snow your groomer has made.

But it's a bit off-white, did a Mallee dust storm blow in?
