No. It’s actually a little more expensive than the Smiggins Hotel - and their price includes breakfast and a very good 3 course dinner. $2980 for 5 nights in peak season for a couple including the food and free car parking. If that is $1,500 for 6,then it is only 250 per night per person.
Pretty damn cheap for on snow.
Cheaper than the Smiggins hotel
Which is really unusual for NPWS managed accommodation. It is usually at the higher end of the price range

Hmm, not sure what Bibi’s is (showing my ignorance here!). Belinda runs the Smiggins pub. A well-oiled machine.Franz still running Bibi's LP?

The price I quoted was for 2 adults in 1 room. We stay there for a week in August with the children and stay in two adjoining rooms for just under $1000 per night, from memory, which includes 3 course dinner and full breakfast plus free parking. They also have a free kids club of an evening. Not cheap, but worth it for the convenience, coziness, and good food!Is that price per person or per room? Had not been Smiggins in ages until last weekend. Good option for my kids.

haha missed the 'k'I wish! Where did you get $5 from?$1000 per night for 4 in two adjoining rooms (dinner and breakfast included) or just under $600 per night for a couple
They will pay themselves, in the same way that Councils pay rates and charges on their own property.with the NPWS hitting up lodges there with bed taxes and regular inspections, I wonder to whom the fees due for this lodge shall be paid to and who will inspect the inspectors?
