I observe clouds starting to come across at Blue Cow.

I also observe some kind of frozen water hitting my face, but not sure if it's falling from the sky or wind blown.

Overall, I observe an awesome day!

I'd rather go to Hotham than Buller any day of the week....! better people for the most part, the slopes are steep and it has snow worth the trip.
BC destroys Buller - back on topic I know
I observe the natural features in Tasmania look all time.
My cousin may be trying to get a photo doing a decent jump at Mt Wellington with Hobart in the background - will post if it happens...........;)

Discussion on the (non weather) aspects of resorts should be taken elsewhere.

The Braille skiing is what makes a buller experience, you always hear the lift before you see it.

Just a day late today for Baw Baw. Fresh ruined by mizzle. Good for a lazy drive a snowshoe around the summit circuit. Evidence of good falls in the preceding days though. Glad i didn't drive to Buller

For longevity I reckon a slight melt freeze cycle for 2 or 3 days at BawBaw is beneficial for solidifying the base.

Radar showing showers in the SW airstream above Melb metro area, esp eastern burbs. My train ride home confirms this.
They're just light and irritating. I'm out running tonight for an hour and they just keep you damp
CC, you ride home in them?

Haha 20 years is a bit rough Mawson hit 200cm in 2011 so will be interesting to see what the locals think of this dumps comparison after Saturday.
What's more remarkable IMO is Ben Lomonds apparent 100cm+ from a mostly SW driven system.

Some nice heavy snow showers at Hotham mid-late afternoon. Snow was noticeably warmer than the last three days but still in great nic. Most of Hothams runs & village looking heavily covered At present. Best for years this week if you consider quality & quantity.

I observe a stunning bluebird day at Falls. Little freshies of the groomers. Nice start to 6 days here.

I also observe this thread is past its use by date.
