I observe it's even cold here in Brisbane, 14.9c at midday.

p.s That's actually colder than Melbourne at the moment !

Melbourne radar is showing the cold front moving up from the south. It's now half-way across the bay and should send temps plummeting soon. Tasmania is particularly cold at present - i.e. 7degC in Hobart!

Drizzly and wet this afternoon at St. Gwinear ( N. side of Baw Baw plateau). Some nice snow accumulation beyond the summit, around 1500m, but r**n damage was happening this arvo. Vic bom forecast snowfall above 1400 m. but that was wrong. Temps just too high, snow cover disappearing on my way down. Hoping for more this coming system, but whoever predicted snow through until Tuesday must have been talking about NSW or far NE, certainly not southern Vic.

Light showers in Jindy and sitting around 6c. Temps suggest some light snow above 1600m at the moment bu not showing in the gauge as yet.

This is all snow from the june 21-25 system. I was in there last week and it was rocks and shrubs, no snow to speak of. Perisher.
